Verdier & Co.’s Executive Breakfast series at The Lansdowne Club featured a Roundtable discussion around Investment Strategies for value Creation in 2024. Participants around the table comprises representatives from John Lang Lasalle, 2050 Capital, Dun & Bradstreet, GTO Partners, SP Venture, Voltalia, Solas BioVentures, InvestIndustrial, Theodo, CityGate Dewe Rogerson, Belgravia Capital Partners and more participants.

Frister Haveman founded Gain.pro in 2018. Today, he leads the company’s team of over 250 people as co-CEO with a mission to build it out into a global market leader. Prior to Gain.pro, Frister spent his career in consulting and private equity with Bain, Gilde and Bridgepoint. He combines this experience with a deep passion for technology.

 

Benoit Boisseuil
Designation: Investment Director at Cibus Capital

Benoit joined Cibus Capital as an Investment Director in 2021, the largest impact foodtech/agtech European investor with $1Bn AUM, from AGIC Capital where he focussed on environmental protection technologies as well as sustainability themes. He has worked as a strategy consultant, private equity investor and M&A banker across Europe and Asia over the past 17 years. Benoit’s prior experience includes Morgan Stanley in the cleantech team focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts, and IPOs. He started his career as consultant focusing on strategic assignments and commercial due diligences for private equity firms and speaks French, English, Mandarin and Russian and holds an MBA from the London Business School.
