Organised by the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Private Capital (IEPC), the Symposium has established itself over seventeen years as one of Europe’s most thoughtful forums for the private capital community, drawing over 200 general partners, limited partners, institutional investors, family offices, faculty and selected LBS alumni and EMBA / Sloan Fellow students, for two days of practitioner debate and academic research.
Curating the panel on value creation in private equity
Verdier & Co. is particularly pleased to be curating one of the day’s central panel discussions, on the new era of value creation in private equity, moderated by our Founding Partner Jean-Philippe Verdier. The panel brings together a deliberately complementary group from Investindustrial, Bain & Company, General Atlantic and Mergermarket, spanning operational transformation, the deployment of AI as a value lever, sustainability as a driver of financial materiality, and a journalist’s view of where capital is genuinely creating value across the cycle.
The session promises a candid, cross-disciplinary conversation on what is genuinely working, and what is not, in the new era of value creation in private equity.
