Verdier & Co. is delighted to have acted as exclusive M&A adviser to Apleona, a leading international integrated facilities services provider and a portfolio company of Bain Capital, on the acquisition of Sygna.
Headquartered in London and operating across Europe, Sygna is an international specialist in data centre commissioning. Sygna is a trusted partner for client-side commissioning (CxA) for blue-chip customers in the fast-growing data centre and colocation business. It also offers contractor-side commissioning (CxM, CxC) for general contractors, as well as technical project management for clients in the energy and critical infrastructure sectors, among others.
Sygna’s extensive technical expertise will enable Apleona to expand its FM business in the data centre market and colocation business. Apleona will support Sygna’s accelerated international roll-out through its strong European platform and international client base.
Verdier & Co. played a decisive role on the acquisition, managing the dynamics of the process, an efficient and condensed due diligence process, input into SHA and SPA negotiations, closing account valuation and strategic guidance through to completion of the transaction.
